Client Resources & Updates

Tax season is a busy time, and my goal is to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone involved. Here's what you can expect when working with me:

• Client Hub is the primary point of contact
  Organizers, document uploads, and secure messages are handled through Client Hub. For security reasons, I do not accept tax documents via email.

• Tax organizers guide the process
  Your organizer helps ensure nothing is missed. Please complete all applicable sections and upload supporting documents as they become available.

• Clear cutoff dates apply
  To manage workflow and meet filing deadlines, cutoff dates are in place. Information received after these dates may require an extension.

• Extensions when appropriate
  Filing an extension does not change the amount of tax owed, but it allows additional time to prepare a complete and accurate return when information is received later in the season.

• Communication and timing
  Most communication takes place through Client Hub. During peak season, response times may be slightly longer, but all messages are reviewed and addressed as promptly as possible.
